3 deadlift attempts for max lift
1 shot of whiskey before each
underage: picklejuice + hot sauce

KETTLEBELL SNATCH

Kettlebell snatch
Max reps in 3 minutes
Men: 16kg, 50+ 14kg
Women: 12kg, 50+ 10kg
